Entities belonging to the YUCCA PARK APARTHOTEL Rewards Program, all within the hotel sector, as required for the correct provision of services under the YUCCA PARK APARTHOTEL Rewards Program, so that they are aware of the terms of your stay (price, dates, services included, ...) and information on your account, balance, points and category, any of which may be located outside the European Economic Area including countries which do not offer an equivalent level of protection, this access being required for normal operation of the YUCCA PARK APARTHOTEL Rewards Program.

9. USER LIABILITY

The user:

Guarantees that they are above eighteen (18) years of age and that the data they provide to YUCCA PARK APARTHOTEL and true, precise, complete and up to date.
